Cooperation of ES-GE and Faymonville
At the beginning of January we were repeatedly honored as the best distributor of the manufacturer Faymonville. We were given the symbolic award in the context of the “News Days” by Alain Faymonville personally. We are proud of our partnership with the Belgian manufacturer during nearly the last 25 years. Also we are pleased to successfully represent one of the leading brands in the heavy-duty commercial vehicle sector as a part of the global sales network.
Innovation as a driving force
As part of the annual event „News Days“, Faymonville provided all attendees with a review into past developments as well as an outlook on recent innovation and the near future of the Faymonville Group. Part of the entire event this year was also the inauguration of the newly designed training center in Büllingen, where employees and sales partners are technically trained and familiarized with new products.
Semi-trailer with lowerable tail
Probably the most interesting new concept in the products-section is the semi-trailer MAX 200 with lowerable rear end. The special feature: the hydraulically lowerable rear of the trailer accommodates a manually removable ramp. The semi-trailer is particularly suitable for forklifts or small construction machinery, but is also versatile thanks to its flat loading area.
Innovation, experience and reliable cooperation
During our stay in Belgium we were able to gain an impression of the innovative strength and the potential of the brand in personal talks with Alain Faymonville and his team, which combines competence, vision and tradition under one roof. For the factory tour, Alain Faymonville personally took time for our team and astonished with detailed knowledge of all production steps and his eye for the big picture.
Tradition
Speaking of tradition, we were able to take a look into the past in the old forge in Rocherath, where the foundation stone of the family business was once laid in the beginning oft he 20th century. In the meantime, a conference center has been created from the original building, which has been restored with great attention to detais which tell stories from the past in a traditional atmosphere.
Outlook
Thankful for the award in recognition of the good work of our team and the planned innovations, we returned confidently to Essen. We are convinced that our cooperation will continue to be successful over the next few years and that both sides will continue to benefit from the experience and skill of the other.
